Kim Kaegi is a nationally-recognized, Tennessee-based Republican fundraising and campaign strategist. She is the founder and principal of Kaegi Resources, a consulting firm with expertise in the political, corporate, and not-for-profit fundraising arenas. Kaegi is also the managing director of investor relations for LCR Capital Partners.

Kaegi has served as a fundraising consultant for Tennessee Governors Bill Lee and Bill Haslam, U.S. Senators Lamar Alexander, Bob Corker, and Fred Thompson, and the three most recent mayors of Nashville.

Kaegi’s non-political work in Tennessee includes numerous public-private partnerships and community development initiatives such as the suite and club seat sales for the TENNFL campaign, which brought the Houston Oilers to Tennessee. Kaegi spearheaded capital campaigns for the new Tennessee State Museum, as well as the Nashville mayor’s youth employment initiative, Opportunity Now. She has led similar efforts on behalf of the Nashville Chamber Partnership and the Medal of Honor Foundation.

Kaegi works with Bridge Public Affairs clients on projects related to campaign fundraising strategy, political action committee (PAC) development and administration, and matters related to business and economic development.

Mr. Furst is the former chairman and currently a member of the International Board of the Peres Center for Peace and Innovation and is a member of the advisory board of the Kennan Institute in Washington, D.C. He is also the chairman of the board of directors of Cadogan Petroleum PLC.

Gordon Hensley

Gordon Hensley is a Washington, D.C.-based communications strategist, writer and content creator. His firm, sm/c/p, specializes in executive communications, complex writing/business content projects, and working with bipartisan government affairs teams to create and manage multi-platform advocacy campaigns related to health, tax and budget issues.  

Hensley is a former communications director and speechwriter for the National Republican Senatorial Committee (NRSC), a governor, four Capitol Hill lawmakers and numerous U.S. Senate and gubernatorial races. He also served as a senior communications advisor on Bob Corker’s 2006 race for the U.S. Senate.  

During his career, he has helped lead crisis response to corporate malfeasance allegations, federal/state investigations, federal regulatory disputes, reputation management issues, and dealing with the media aftermath of ill-considered public comments. Hensley works with Bridge Public Affairs clients on communications strategy, messaging, content creation, and counsel.
